Lots of users making juice of their brain for installing vBulletin 
or setup the forum for them.Than i decided to put up the tutorials for them which can help them a little 
* First uzipped your script or make it zipped if your hosting provider giving you facility of auto unzip
* You can upload your script also via FTP clients i prefer FileZilla.
* Now upload your script to your host like http://www.yourdomain.com/“your script will be unziped or upload here”
* Than go to your database management create a new Host name / DSN name
* Create specific main database for created host name and set up user name and password
* After uploading your script go to directory “include“,via shell(web panel file manager)/web FTP/with normal FTP .
* Than search for file config.php/config.php.*
* Make a back up of file config.php
* Now ,open config.php file with any text editor of php code editor search for following text and configure your config file.
* $config['Database']['dbname'] =’name of your data base’
$config['Database']['technicalemail'] =’your web admin mail address’
$config['MasterServer']['servername'] =’name of database server’
$config['MasterServer']['username'] =’username which having access to database server’
$config['MasterServer']['password'] =’password related to above username’
$config['Database']['dbtype'] =’your data base type here’
$config['Database']['tableprefix'] =’give the prifix which will be used in database for creating table’
* Make all others as default of make change according to your need.
* Now,Save the config.php file on ther server.
* Finally you are ready to install your vBulleting board forum.
* Now, open your web browser and type address http://www.yourdomain.com/install/install.php
* Complete and fill the all 13 steps its all easy to fill-out if you are having query on filling the steps ask here in comments

* Finish your installation.
* After finishing installation open your ftp client and delete files named /install/install.php or upgrade.php(upgrade is optional not for new installation)
* Now just hit your browser with domain the forum will be yours
